There is something that Hey! Say! JUMP members knew would come sooner or later, something that they dreaded and wished to avoid as much as possible. It is something that Inoo Kei fervently wished every night not to happen. It is something that would crush him and leave him lifeless and miserable.
Yabu Kota after all is the brightest junior of his time. Directors and Producers watched every move he made. The senpais adored him and many were excited to see him grew into a full fledge JE artist. His moves made us go "ohhhhh.." and his voice- so angelic made us go "awww..". He was born to be a Jewel star, a star that sooner or later no one would be able to reach. A star that would smile at everyone and give us hope and inspiration. So no one would be too shocked to hear that Johnny Kitagawa decided to make the great Yabu Kota into a solo artist right? Why would he need to share screen times with nine other members when he could get every girls attention on his own? He wouldn't need to wear weird matching clothes that doesn’t fit him at all, he can go limitless, he can go anywhere his talent could bring him which is surely miles and miles away. But really, Yabu Kota doesn't want that. Yes, It's his dream, but leaving his friends? No, he wouldn't want that, especially leaving Inoo. But no one disobeys Johnny Kitagawa right?
It seems like JE has made another tragic story another that would follow the AKAME footsteps, another story that would make fan girls desperate to find clues that would prove that the story wasn't tragic at all. Something that I would definitely strive to give a happy ending because I am, after all the author of this InooBu love story.

Now it seems like forever I can't get you off my mind.
Inoo knew that if he begged Yabu to stay, Yabu would give up everything for him. Inoo knew that Yabu loved him as much as he loved Yabu but even if he wished on a falling star to be with Yabu forever he knew that all that's left are those wonderful memories of their time together. He wouldn't forget those memories, no, he won't. That would be the only string connected to his star which is miles and miles away from him now.

Yabu couldn't be happier now if only he have his friends and family with him. The international fans welcomed him warmly. He made new fans and his name and face are all over the place. He released albums and held concerts all around the globe, he knew 6 languages now, heck he was even brighter than his senpai Akanishi Jin. They even performed together in Los Angeles. But of course he could never forget about Inoo. He would always look at the stars at night knowing that Inoo were doing the same thing..well maybe not at the same time as him, to hell with the damn time difference.
If Akanishi Jin' way of communicating to Kamenashi is through his secret messages in Twitter, Yabu is quite bolder. He once left a message on one of the TV shows when he was in France. He said it in English hoping that his University boy would understand it or perhaps their English friend could help with the translation.

The nine members of Hey! Say! JUMP were having their spring concert and a part of the concert showed the video of Yabu saying that to IK which is obviously Inoo Kei. The other members as well as the whole dome teased the improving Inoo Kei, since he finished the university he's got a lot of time to improve his singing and dancing skills so move aside Yama-chan, it’s Inoo Kei's turn now. Inoo laughed out loud, being a great actor that he is, he shouted out loud and said.
"YK! I can't reach you, you're too great for me so just come back here anytime soon!" And once again the whole dome roared with cheers. It was after all nice to have an InooBu fan service once in a while.
In the backstage the other 8 members hugged Inoo because they knew just how Inoo's heart is breaking all over again.
Inoo regretted all the times he wasted on the university, yes he knew it was for his future but what would be his future without the person he loves. Maybe if Kazuya Kamenashi focused more on training than on baseball maybe he's by Akanishi's side now. Maybe if Inoo didn't go to the University, maybe if he demanded for more screen time maybe if he weren't contented just by watching Yabu shine, then maybe, just maybe he would have the capability to fulfil Yabu's request now.

Of course Inoo's still open minded as ever he knew that Yabu's busy but you can't blame him if he wants some quality time with his boyfriend even if it's just a simple phone call. Oh we all know that Inoo just longed to hear Yabu's voice.

When Yabu left they even started calling him InooMama even Takaki who is older than him. He handled JUMP with utmost care and love and at the same time managed to host three shows in a week, he was given a dozen of solos and dramas, his popularity could compete with Kamenashi now and to think that Kamenashi got Akanishi back after five years that they were separated, that gave Inoo the hope and inspiration he needed to wait for his star.

Inoo is more nervous than ever, how could he say the opening of the show when it needs the conceited version of him. And how could he pull out that conceited part of him when the person he strived so hard to reach is just on the backstage. He didn't even know if Yabu is still the same since they've lost connection 8 months ago.
"Welcome to the show of your Pretty, Talented and Smart Inoo-chan~~!" Blame Johnny for the lame introductions. The show goes on smoothly. He introduced Yabu and Yabu performed a sexy song and he was so seductive, alluring and great, it was like Akanishi, Kamenashi and Yamapi combined. No more lanky YabuMama, all you can see is a hot new version of Yabu Kota. When the song ended, their eyes met and no one bothered to look away, it was like they were drinking each others' presence that they haven't seen for four years. Inoo recovered first and clapped his hands.
"That was great Yabu-kun! It's nice to have you b- - ooff!"
Yes, silly Yabu ran and hugged Inoo, so much for the nosebleeds of the InooBu fans.
"Kei I missed you, I'm sorry." Yabu whispered on Inoo's ears.
"Kou, not here, we're on air." Inoo whispered and then he whacked Yabu's head while muttering a 'baka-yabu, just because you're so great now, you think you can embarrass me in front of the national television' that actually gained another roar of laughter.
"see, a lot of fans missed you Yabu-kun." Inoo decided to stick with the script but Yabu's being random wasn't really included on the said script.
"yeah, but you missed me too right..IK" Yabu laughed but Inoo just shrugged and said.
"Hmm, I guess, a bit." Yabu's eyes widened as he followed the tease. He looked at the fans and smiled.
"InooBu fans, you know that's a lie right?" a series of "yesssss" and "kyaaaaas" answered the puppy eyed Yabu Kota.
"Kei! let's sing!" Yabu being random just made the room even crazier.
"Hey! But that's not on the script!" Inoo protested but Yabu's already gone and walked out to ask the director leaving a dumbfounded Inoo for a while.
"Can we director?" And since no one could resist Yabu's charm, the director smiled and nodded, this is after all what Johnny's planning
"What would we sing then?" Inoo asked when Yabu returned on stage. Yabu leaned forward and whispered something in his ears.
"The one you usually sing at night. Yes I know you're singing it, I sing it too you know." Inoo's eyes widened and at that moment he had this sudden urge to kiss the man in front of him, but that would have to wait for later when they're all alone.

Yabu started and Inoo followed. Inoo was being dragged by Yabu in the middle of the stage and Inoo let go of the quee card that he was holding.

The two were looking at each other drinking up the wasted moments that they missed each other.

Yabu gave Inoo a bright smile and Inoo almost shed tears when he fully realize that the one he loves is in front of him and he decided that he would never let Yabu go away no matter what it takes.

Inoo's emotion overflowed as he released a sob that made the whole studio quiet, Yabu continued to sing as he hugged the now crying Inoo who everyone knew has been putting up a strong facade for so long.

No one could actually blame Inoo for breaking down like that, In fact people are happy that finally Inoo let himself first above other. He seriously needs to be selfish now, after all that he's gone through.

"but- but- - I can't believe they did that on national television!" A rolling-on-the-floor -laughing Takaki Yuya mumbled as he strive to control his laughter but he knew it was useless as the other members joined him [not on the floor] laughing.
